Complete guide to using EchoPastel, the visual feedback platform for your websites

Welcome to EchoPastel documentation! This documentation will guide you through using our visual feedback platform.

What is EchoPastel?

EchoPastel is a platform that allows you to collect visual feedback on your websites. Create Echos (feedback projects) for your websites, then annotate directly on pages by placing pins with your comments. Your collaborators can see and reply to these annotations in real-time.

Main features

Visual annotations

Place precise annotations directly on your web pages. Our multi-strategy fingerprint system ensures that your annotations remain attached to the right elements, even in dynamic content like carousels and sliders.

Real-time collaboration

Share your Echos with your team and collaborate efficiently. Mention your colleagues, reply to annotations and follow all discussions in one place.

Multi-device support

EchoPastel supports annotations on desktop and mobile. You can test your interfaces and collect feedback on all types of devices.

Team management

Manage multiple organizations and teams. Control permissions, invite your collaborators and organize your feedback projects in a structured way.

What is an Echo?

An Echo is a feedback project associated with a website. Each Echo allows you to:

  • Annotate any element of the page
  • Share the project with collaborators
  • Track all discussions and replies
  • Manage access permissions

You can create multiple Echos for different websites or different versions of your site.
